  • Successful handling of construction lien law and construction dispute cases for multiple clients
  • Obtained and collected $120,000 attorney fee award after a $35,000 damage award for a condo association client
  • Achieved optimal settlement for client in Federal construction payment dispute matter
  • Obtained and collected a civil theft judgment for a client who had been defrauded
